By vintage, we mean clothing and accessories produced at least 20 years ago, often with aesthetic characteristics typical of a specific era. By second hand, we mean used items from any period, selected for their quality and uniqueness.

Are the items in good condition?

Yes! Each item is selected, inspected, and cleaned before being put up for sale. Any imperfections (signs of wear, small defects) are always indicated in the product description and photos.

Do the sizes correspond to standard sizes?

Vintage items often follow different sizing than modern ones. We recommend always referring to the measurements in centimeters indicated on the product page (bust, waist, hips, length) rather than the size on the label.

Can I return an item?

Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving the order. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn, and with the original tag. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

How does shipping work?

We ship throughout Italy and Europe. Delivery times are 2-5 working days for Italy and 5-10 days for international shipping. You will receive an email with the tracking code as soon as the package is handed over to the courier.

Are prices negotiable?

Do the items have any particular smells?

It's one of the most frequently asked — and honest — questions! Each item is thoroughly cleaned and aired out before shipping. If a slight "old" smell persists, simply air it out for a few hours or use a fabric freshener.

Can I see the item in person before purchasing?

Currently, we only sell online, but the photos are taken in high resolution from multiple angles to show you every detail. If you have doubts about a specific item, write to us, and we'll send you more photos or videos!

How often do you add new items?

New arrivals every week! We recommend following us on social media and subscribing to the newsletter to not miss out on new items. The best pieces sell out quickly.

Can I purchase an item as a gift?

Absolutely! You can request gift wrapping at the time of order. We can also include a personalized card with your message.

What happens if the item doesn't fit me once I try it on?

No problem! You have 14 days to return it. We will refund the price of the item (excluding original shipping costs) as soon as we receive it and verify its condition.
