Returns and Refunds

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

Conditions for returns

Items must be in the same condition as when you received them: unworn, unwashed, with original tags still attached, and in original packaging.

How to request a return

Contact us via the Contact Us page, indicating your order number and reason for the return. We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable service: POPPY VINTAGE is not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you have received a damaged item or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the product. In this case, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Refunds

Once the item is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days via the same payment method used for the purchase. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exclusions

Returns are not accepted for items that show signs of use, washing, or alteration from the conditions described in the product listing.
