Products

All garments are vintage and second-hand, individually selected. The condition of each item is described on the product page. Each item is available as a single piece.

Orders

POPPY VINTAGE reserves the right to cancel an order in case of pricing errors, availability issues, or technical problems. In case of cancellation, a full refund will be issued.

Prices

Prices are expressed in Euros. POPPY VINTAGE operates under a facilitated tax regime: VAT is not applied where not required by current legislation.

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without needing to provide reasons. Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.

Intellectual property

All content on the website (texts, images, logos) is the property of POPPY VINTAGE and cannot be reproduced without written authorization.

Limitation of liability

POPPY VINTAGE is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, force majeure events, or incorrect information provided by the customer at the time of order.

Applicable law and competent court

These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the court of the consumer's place of residence shall have jurisdiction, in accordance with current consumer protection legislation.
